Character Modeling, Cloth Simulation, Rigging and Animation
This is my first deep dive into the full character workflow. I enrolled in an online course by Patata School to learn about modeling, rigging, animation, and lighting. Additionally, I used Marvelous Designer to make the outfit for Elsie the Elf.
During my time at uni I really struggled with the rigging and animation process. I decided to give it a shot anyway and go outside of my comfort zone. For my first animation, I followed Patata's 'Complete Character Animation in C4D & Marvelous Designer' course to learn how to create a basic walk cycle. I also learned about rigging through their 'How to Rig a Character in Cinema 4D' tutorial. By combining what I learned from both, I managed to put together this Christmas scene.

After finishing the walk cycle animation, I wanted to experiment further with the rig so I put Elsie in a much cosier scene
